When the concrete slab is being poured for your new home we know how exciting it is! A lot of people once seeing their house all mapped out they begin to panic! IT IS TOO SMALL! We want to reassure you DO NOT PANIC! Things are actually bigger than they appear! Once framing begins and the roof is on your house will all take shape!
Frame Stage

At frame stage we will contact you to organise your clipspec consult. This is where you sit down and plan the electrical layout for your whole home!
Lockup Stage

Fixings Stage
All internal architraves skirting doors installed

Formal Handover
On the day of handover our project manager and director will conduct an onsite handover The handover is a chance to present your home to you, pointing out all its features ensuring you get the best out of your home.
Maintenance
3 months after handover we will touch base with you to see how you are settled in. Should there be anything that needs touching up at this stage this is where we organise it all for you:
