So you have found the perfect block of land, found a great builder that your happy & excited to undertake the exciting journey of building a home with, you have sat down, drawn plans and signed contracts so whats next?

Any good builder by now would have a firm idea of the style and look you are wanting to achieve in your home, its at this point you should now start to make your colour selections with your builders design specialist. Throughout the years we have received so much feed back from clients that they have always found that they dread and stress over this process BUT that’s why here at Hurst Homes we do the process a little differently… We do ALL the selections upfront!

There is a few reasons behind this process to ensuring building time frames and budgets stay on track but the biggest reason is to ensure that our clients actually find the process an exciting and easy experience. Hurst Homes has its very on onsite selection center with a vast range of options from brick colours to cabinetry to floor coverings and many more which means you can see everything together in the one place at the one time to make sure everything you have selected works together and the added bonus doing all your selections at the one time also ensures that the style and look of your home will flow right from the front all the way through to the back.

The way you present the front of your home sets the scene for the rest of the home.
