• Complete any minor repairs, patch & paint where needed, fix any doors or cupboards that don’t open & close with ease, replace or repair any chipped tiles or surfaces, make sure all lights are working and replace any blown globes. Spending a few $$ in preparation can mean the difference in big $$ at sale

• Bake a cake – on the day of your open home bake a cake it doesn’t need to be anything flash or need to even be on display but nothing feels like home then walking through the door to the smell of delicious baking.
